Calling all young artists aged 0-16!
Christmas might still feel a little way off, but at Ealing Living magazine, we’re already getting into the festive spirit - and we need your help!
We’re inviting children and young people aged 0-16 to design the front cover of our Christmas issue.
✨ This Year’s Theme: A Magical Christmas in Ealing
What makes Christmas magical for you? Is it the sparkle of Christmas lights, beautifully wrapped presents, decorating the tree, festive treats, spending time with family and friends, or the excitement of Christmas morning?
Perhaps you imagine a snowy wonderland, a colourful Christmas street in Ealing, or a magical scene straight out of a Christmas story. Whatever inspires you, let your imagination run wild! (see below for a wee bit of inspiration)
Your design can be colourful, creative, traditional, modern or completely out of this world. Most importantly, make it your own and have fun!
🏆 The Prize
The winning design will be featured on the front cover of the Christmas issue of Ealing Living magazine, and the lucky winner will also receive a framed print of their artwork.
PLUS Paul from Leslie & Co will turn the winning artwork into a limited-edition estate agency board, with a small number potentially displayed outside local homes over Christmas. It's a wonderful way to share our young artists’ creativity and spread a little extra Christmas magic around Ealing!
👩⚖️ Who Will Be Judging?
Our judging panel will include Louisa from Ealing Living Magazine, Paul from Leslie & Co, Dora from Capelli Belli and Erica from For Art's Sake.
🎨 How to Enter
- Download the Christmas cover design template below.
- Create your own festive masterpiece inspired by “A Magical Christmas in Ealing”.
- Once your design is complete, scan it and email it to louisa@ealinglivingmagazine.co.uk.
- Include the child’s name, age and the title of their artwork in your email.
- Give the email the subject: CHRISTMAS COVER
