Gutterball Alley Brings New Energy to Ealing

Ealing’s old cinema space has had an incredible transformation. What was once The Ealing Project is now Gutterball Alley, a vibrant, family-friendly entertainment venue that’s almost unrecognisable from its former self.
The new space feels right for Ealing - lively, welcoming and full of things to do. With nine bowling lanes, arcade games, karaoke, darts and table ice hockey, it’s the kind of place that invites you to switch off, have fun and enjoy a bit of friendly competition.
We spent a weekend afternoon there as a family and were genuinely impressed by how well they’ve made use of the space. My daughter made a beeline for the basketball hoops - her absolute favourite - while my son couldn’t get enough of the car racing and zombie games. As for the adults, we got just as caught up in the bowling, laughing our way through the game.
What’s especially nice is that Ealing now has something like this on its doorstep. Having been to countless kids’ parties in Park Royal and Westfield, it’s such a welcome change to be able to stay local and have a similar experience without leaving the area.
Gutterball Alley offers a brilliant way to spend an afternoon - particularly now that the weather’s getting colder and wetter. It’s fun, sociable and another great example of how Ealing continues to evolve while keeping its community feel.
