Kova Patisserie: The Ultimate Indulgence for Cake Lovers in Ealing
If you are looking for a seriously indulgent, gloriously calorific treat, I cannot recommend Kova Patisserie enough. It is perfect for spoiling someone special or fully treating yourself, with no judgement here.
We enjoyed the most wonderfully decadent spread this week and it was truly chef’s kiss. From their iconic mille crêpe cakes to boba matcha delights, every slice felt luxurious, beautifully crafted and utterly delicious.

A cake spread worth celebrating
Chocolate Berries
Fluffy chocolate chiffon cake layered with light Valrhona chocolate pastry cream, elevated by smooth berries cream and finished with a refreshing berries jelly. It is rich yet balanced and feels indulgent without being heavy. A real crowd pleaser.
Matcha Mille Crêpes
Kova’s mille crêpe cakes are iconic and the matcha version is particularly special. Delicate layers of French crêpes are stacked with ceremonial-grade matcha pastry cream and topped with powdered matcha. It is creamy, earthy and beautifully refined.
Sea Salt Cheese Lava
The fluffiest chiffon cake layered with rich salty-sweet cream cheese and finished with crunchy crêpe dentelle. This one is utterly addictive and was our personal favourite.
Perfect for Pancake Day
A little heads up: the mille crêpe cakes would also be an elite choice for Pancake Day this Tuesday. With their delicate layers and luxurious fillings, they are essentially pancakes taken to patisserie level.
Where East meets West in patisserie
Kova Patisserie started in the heart of London and has grown into a leading cake and tea shop specialising in fine Japanese and French-inspired desserts and premium bubble tea. The team prides itself on using the finest ingredients and seamlessly combining Eastern and Western patisserie techniques. The result is cakes that feel indulgent yet light and perfectly suited to modern palates.
Whether you are celebrating, gifting or simply craving something special, Kova Patisserie is a must-visit for cake lovers in Ealing.
