This inspiring project, developed in partnership with a mission-driven Community Interest Company, aims to empower students with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to make healthier lifestyle choices. It brings together practical, hands-on learning with a strong focus on good nutrition for life.

Each week, students take part in interactive sessions covering topics like:

  • Making informed food choices
  • Creating sustainable eating habits
  • Understanding how nutrition affects energy, focus, and overall wellbeing

They also leave with simple, affordable recipes and tips that help them take control of their health - skills that will serve them well for life.

Teen Cookery Workshops

For teens who want even more kitchen confidence, Jacquie is also running Teen Cookery Workshops on 29th May and 5th July. These workshops are a fantastic way for young people to build confidence, learn practical skills, and explore cooking in a fun, supportive environment.
