EALING GIN

A lovingly handcrafted, super-premium, gold award winning gin distilled in the heart of Ealing by the Duncan family who have lived here for five generations. PERIVALE BREWERY

Perivale Brewery is a modern microbrewery based on Horsenden Farm in Ealing, a short walk from Perivale underground station in West London. They value flavour over fads, and make use of everything on their doorstep; homegrown hops, foraged fruits and herbs, even the honey that inspired their original signature beer, Veripale.

SEMOLA BAKERY

Sourdough bread is made of just four ingredients: flour, water, salt and time. For this reason, Flavia from Semola, a micro bakery based in Ealing,  only chooses the best quality ingredients that are both organic and local.

Wildfarmed flour is made from a diverse variety of wheat grown alongside a variety of plants, grasses, and legumes. This method of growing provides a nutty, depth of flavour full of nutrition, not available from a single strain, while constantly improving the soil in which they are grown.

EALING RELISH

The Ealing Relish Company was developed during the first lockdown, when the catering business run by the company's founder dried up. Looking for something to do, he started cooking, starting with marmalade and quickly moving onto chutneys and relishes.

Since then the company has evolved and has won prizes (including a gold star at The Guild of Great Taste Awards" and their Smoky Tomato Relish is used as an a accompaniment to a burger within a well known local chain.
