Ealing Gin Mule
INGREDIENTS:
- 50ml of Ealing Gin
- 15-20ml of Fresh Lime Juice
- 100ml of ginger beer
- Fresh mint Sprigs & Lime wedges to garnish
Sit back, sip and enjoy!
METHOD: Fill your highball glass with ice. Pour the Ealing Gin over the ice Add the lime juice then top up with the ginger beer. Add the fresh mint leaves and lime wedges.
